Meeting Trainer

I went in for my first training session on Wednesday. We did cardio workout on the bicycle, treadmill, and elliptical. We also did a whole bunch of different weight workouts. It was a good work out! I look forward to being pushed by my trainer to go further than I think I can. I look forward to the morning for the nutrition class. I think eating is going to be my biggest problem. I am going to take good notes and see what I can do to make my eating habits better.
